How long do you process your order?
We have a cut-off time for every order it is 1PM Pacific Time. All orders received between Monday to Friday are processed in 24 to 48 hours. We do not ship during weekends.

What shipping method do you use?
We primarily use UPS to ship packages inside the US and USPS for packages outside the US. UPS ground takes between 5-7 business days anywhere in the US. If you are located near WA, it might take just about 3-4 business days. Please visit our Terms and Conditions page for more information about shipping.
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority so in the rare event that you should change your mind we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund less original shipping fee. The product should be in brand new and unused condition. Damaged product will be charged a restocking fee of 10%. All returns will require an RMA number so please email our returns department at firstname.lastname@example.org. I received a defective product, can you help me?
In the unlikely event that the scooter you received is damaged it will be covered by our return policy and you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. It is essential that you contact us before you return any faulty item. We can then advise you of what action you need to take, and if it's necessary how to go about returning the item to us. If it is proven a faulty product we will send you a return shipping label. If any warranty issue arises beyond the 14-day guarantee you may visit our warranty page for more information regarding on how to contact the manufacturer directly. I received a wrong item, what should I do?
We check our orders thoroughly before going out our warehouse but in the rare event that you received an item that you did not order, please contact us first to confirm that the item that you received is different from what you ordered. We can check our records to verify. If it is proven to be a mistake on our side, we will pay for the item to be returned and the correct item to be sent.
