RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority so in the rare event that you should change your mind we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund less original shipping fee. The product should be in brand new and unused condition. Damaged product will be charged a restocking fee of 10%. All returns will require an RMA number so please email our returns department at info@proscooter.com. However, if you have any questions regarding the status of your order you can always email us at info@proscooter.com.

  • Please note that delivery charges will be at your own expense and will not be covered by Proscooter.com
  • We will take the appropriate action to send your refund once the product has been received by us.
  • We advised to keep your tracking number because we cannot refund products that we have not received.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the item has been used so please check the item carefully before using it.
  • We are an authorized dealer of these top scooter brands and each brand has their own warranty policy. Please visit our warranty section for more information.
  • These scooters are in need of proper care and handling. They are not indestructible. Please read the manual before using.  

 

SALES TAX

Proscooter.com charges sales tax on any order within the state of Washington and Arizona.

 

ORDERING

  • Once you place your order on your website, you will be provided with an order ID. This order ID can be use as a reference whenever you need to contact us to ensure we can help you in a timely manner.
  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a notification of completion through email and you will also receive a tracking number where you can track your order online. 
  • On the rare occasion that we are unable to supply your scooter due to stock issues we will do our best to notify you within 24 hours of you placing order and help you to understand what options are on offer to you to avoid disappointment.

 

SHIPPING

Proscooter.com ships locations around the United States and Canada only. We use UPS for shipping around the US and USPS for Canada orders. All orders will be dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours during normal business hours. Delivery around the US usually takes about 5-6 business days while international shipping will take about 7-10 business days and does not include the processing time of your local custom office. The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website will be the buyer’s responsibility once the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We don’t ship during weekends and unfortunately, UPS does not deliver during weekends. 3-day shipping means 3 business days shipping. We will send you a notification of completion and the tracking information once your order has been shipped!

WARNING

Pro Scootering is dangerous without using proper safety gear. Make sure to use Pro Scooter Helmet, Elbow pad and knee pad! Not all scooter components are compatible with each other.
